You should be filing up about 16 gallons I just had mine replaced because i couldn't figure it out first i thought i had bad gas millage. Then i realized from E im only putting in 10 gallons or so and getting about 200 miles on 10 gallons (20mpg). So I did some reasearch and found this tsb on the computer at Precision Z they have access to nissan Assit and low and behold theres a tsb for it I waited a month for the part and when I had it installed my tank went up a half just from installing the unit no more irratic gas millage. Also I noticed after I figured out what the problem was my tank would only fill to 3/4 even if I topped it off good luck.
